This looks tougher than the easy tag.
Looking at the challenge instructions to look for clues, one that found my attention was the name “ROXy”. I proceeded to try identifying what cipher it was using decode.fr, with the clue i had, it should be easy
After checking all results, they didnt produce any usable decipher. The XOR Cipher attracted my attention as the name “ROXy” and I began to search on possible cipher with XOR. The fact that XOR can be used for checking the difference between two binary values made me search for XOR calculators.
At the end of my search, I found this calculator xor.pw . And it gave the flag…
Remeber, the intruction asked for the flag to start with 0x
